Exploring the Nan Madol ruins in Micronesia

During her seven months in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia CAPI intern Helen Beynon had the opportunity to visit the amazing and awe-inspiring Nan Madol ruins.  Called the "Venice of the Pacific" this remarkable city complex dates back to 1200 AD and took more than a century to complete.
